At NeuroChamps, we work with trusted global suppliers to carefully source a range of supportive, thoughtfully chosen products for neurodivergent children and their families. Because of this international model, our delivery timeframes may vary - but it allows us to offer the best tools, at fair prices, without compromising quality.

UK Shipping Times & Costs

  • Free standard shipping is available on all UK orders over £40.

  • Orders under £40 will have a small standard delivery charge, calculated at checkout.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.

  • Once shipped, you can usually expect delivery within 5–10 business days.

International Shipping & Costs

We’re delighted to offer international shipping to the following countries:
Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA, Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden

  • Orders are sent via Express International Shipping (5–12 business days)

  • Shipping costs vary by destination and order size, and are calculated at checkout

  • Please note that customs or import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer

Global Fulfilment

  • Many of our items are shipped directly from our international suppliers.

  • This model allows us to offer a wider variety of products - but may occasionally affect delivery speed depending on the item.

Tracking Your Order

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate.
