💙 NeuroChamps Satisfaction Policy

At NeuroChamps, we know how important it is to find the right tools to support your child’s needs. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help — no hassle, no stress.


🗓️ 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. We’re happy to offer a refund or exchange for items returned in their original condition: unused, with tags, and securely packaged. Proof of purchase will also be needed.

To start a return, just email us at contact@neurochamps.co.uk - we’ll guide you from there.


🚫 What Can’t Be Returned

Due to hygiene reasons and the safety of our customers, we’re unable to accept returns on oral care or oral sensory products (e.g., chewable items). We also can’t accept returns on gift cards or clearance items.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask - we’ll always respond with care.


🔄 Exchanges

Need a different item or size? The quickest way is to return your item for a refund, and place a new order once the return is accepted. We're happy to help guide you through this.


💔 Received a Faulty or Incorrect Item?

We’re so sorry if something’s gone wrong. Please contact us immediately upon receiving your item if it's damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered - we’ll make it right.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded in full (including any original shipping costs) to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
